Focus on the water to meditate ! 1. Take a moment to list tasks that are nagging you. Add them to your priority list. Just putting it down on paper can release the anxiety. Usually it's because you have too many goals but no strategy to get it done. So let's add some strategy. 2. Break task, chores, and goals down into steps with a time that's reasonable to complete each step. Even if you have to readjust the timing it will clear your mind to build a plan. 3. If something someone is doing or not doing is nagging you take a moment to consciously let go. Ask yourself am I forcing my will onto another? Never force your will on a another person not even God does that, and for good reason. What you do comes back to affect you.
